In case you intend to join our web-shop as an active user or shopper please read carefully the General Terms of Use and use our services exclusively in case you agree with each and every point included and accept all of them as mandatory for yourself. Present document will not be stored, just saved in electronic form only, which means that later on it cannot be found, and it does not refer to any honour codes.

In case of questions arising in connection with the operation of our web-shop, the ordering and fulfilling procedure (downloads) we are ready to help you at our given availabilities.

The displayed products can exclusively be ordered on-line in form of download.

The offered products can be categorized as follows:

The prices of products include the legal VAT which can vary depending on the location of the order.

Information on the order
You must register before shopping. On registration you acknowledge that the particular data given by you are valid; our company waives all responsibility which is due to inaccurate details.

Processing orders
Processing orders is automatic; this means that you are able to place your order any time, 24 hours a day. Our system sends a confirmation email after the order as well as a proforma invoice so you can pay off the ordered product. The deadline of the fulfilment depends on the chosen payment options. In case you chose PayPal system, after receiving the payment our system makes it automatically possible for you to download the ordered product. In case you chose money transfer, you can access to the ordered product within 3-4 days in general but this can be different depending on the bank transfers. As we receive the payment on our account our company makes the products downloadable for you within 1 or 2 workdays. Processing orders takes place according to the Hungarian (GMT+1) time between 9:00 and 17:00 par day.

Pictures displayed on the product page are made using the product, from a website which is uploaded with template data. Depending on how you configure the purchased product or how you upload your website, they may be different from the pictures displayed by us, and from our live demo page also.

We maintain the right to partly or entirely refuse the orders that have already been confirmed. Partial fulfilment can exclusively be done after negotiating with the client. The price of the product which has been transferred in advance will be refunded to the sender.

Ordering procedure

  1. Registration is needed to be able to buy products.* In case you have not registered yet click on the button “New account”. If you have registered earlier, jump to button 11.
  2. Name the country and select company or individual registration and click on “Next”.
  3. Choose a login name, give your email address and choose a password for yourself. After entering the password confirm it in the next line.
  4. Give your billing information. Name/Company name, Postal Code, Address
  5. In case you register as a company, give your VAT number.
  6. In case you register as a company within the European Union, give your community VAT number too.
  7. Check the entered information. You are responsible for entering valid information, and with the registration you prove their validity.
  8. After checking the information click on “Save”.
  9. Soon after this you will be sent an email with a link; clicking on this link you can activate your access.
  10. If you haven't used www.e-billing.hu before (which means your e-mail address cannot be found in the e-billing system), an e-billing account will be created for you. Your account details will be sent to you via e-mail. Please do not purchase in our shop until you receive this e-mail. If you already have an e-billing account (which means, your e-mail address can be found in the e-billing system), you can start use our webshop immediately. All electronic invoices will be sent to your e-billing account.
  11. Log onto our website using your login name and password.
  12. Place the product that you wish to purchase into the cart.
  13. In case you wish to purchase more products, continue browsing and add other items to the cart. After giving the quantity the content of the cart will be updated automatically.
  14. In case you finished shopping check the number of the products in your cart. With the “Delete” button you can remove items from the cart. With the "Empty Cart" button you can empty the cart. With the "Modify" button, you can modify the quantity of the product(s).
  15. With the “Place order” button you can place your order, but before this check your order information again (product name(s), quantity of product(s)).
  16. After sending your order you will get a confirming email.
  17. After receiving your order our system will automatically send an electronic proforma invoice so you can pay the ordered products. You can check this proforma invoice in www.e-billing.hu.
  18. You can pay for this invoice with PayPal or bank transfer. Informations for bank transfer can be found in the confirming e-mail.
  19. After paying off the proforma invoice, according to the selected payment method either automatically or within a few days you will receive the finalized invoice and the products will be available for download. At the same time you will receive the final electronic invoice also, which can be reviewed at www.e-billing.hu.

*Important: please be careful with the accuracy of data as the product will be billed on this basis. When registering you state that the particulars are correct and you are responsible for this. The registration must be done only once, later on when shopping this step is not needed.

Method of paying the price of the ordered product
You will pay off the ordered product via PayPal or bank transfer on the base of the invoice sent by us. The final amount according to the summary of the order and the confirmation email includes all costs.

Shipment information
Our web-shop makes your orders available in the way of download. We do not deliver our products by post. In case you ordered and paid off the products, depending on the payment method either within a couple of minutes or a few days you can download them.

Guarantee
Our company sells non-material, original products, this means that we are not able to provide traditional guarantee for our products. All our products can be checked in operation in a demo page. When downloading, you will receive the same product as in the demo page but without the graphic elements which can be seen in the demo page as embossed watermark. Naturally you will get the product without embossment.

In case you find the operation of our product faulty, please notify us. We will also test the error and if we can reproduce it we will correct the product and the version in the web-shop will be replaced with the new, corrected version. This means that with the next download you will receive the new corrected version. This applies to everyone who has bought the product earlier.

The faulty operation can be claimed any time while the product is available in our web-shop.

Right of Withdrawal from the deal
In accordance with the Hungarian Government Regulation 17/1999(II.5.), within 8 days after receiving the product the costumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract and return the product without any explanation.
In the lack of this information the costumer is entitled to practice his/her right of withdrawal up to 3 months.

In particular cases the costumer is not entitled to use the right of withdrawal. These cases are as follows:

  • In case the price of the product depends on money-market movements, fluctuations which are out of the control of the enterprise.
  • If the product was tailored by the individual request of the costumer and in case of quickly perishable food products.
  • In case of voice-, image record or software if the product is opened.

The last point is the one which refers to our products, so in case you accepted the licence contract you are not entitled to withdraw from the contract. By downloading our products you accept our licence contract.

According to the government regulation, after notification of the reasonable withdrawal, the entrepreneur will refund the price of the product for the costumer immediately but at least within 30 days. We can only fulfil the refund in case we get a signed statement from you, saying that you resign from using the product. This is a vital condition.

Excerpts from the Hungarian Government Regulation 17/1999. (II.5.) dealing with the contracts between non-present parties:
4. § (1) The costumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within eight days without any explanation.
(2) The costumer can practice his/her right of withdrawal as in (1).
a) in case of marketing a product:  from the day of receiving the product, in case the written confirmation as in 3. §   has not been delivered within 8 days after receiving it, but maximum up to 3 months after receiving the product.
b) In case of service: from the date of the contract, in case the written confirmation as in 3. §   has not been delivered, within 8 days after receiving it, but maximum up to 3 months after receiving the product.
(3) If the written confirmation as in 3. § has been received, in the case written in (2) a)-from the date of receiving the product, and in case of (2) b) – within 3 months from the date of the contract, the costumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract up to 8 days even if there are less than 8 days from the 3 month period from the date of receiving the product or the date of the contract.
(4) If the withdrawal is done in written it must be considered as valid if the costumer sends his/her claim before the deadline.
(5) The enterprise is obliged to immediately or within maximum 30 days from the date of withdrawal refund the amount paid by the costumer.
(6) The expenses which incur with the return of the product are paid by the costumer. No further expenses are loaded on the costumer. The enterprise however can claim for the damages which incur from the inappropriate usage of the product
5. § In case of lack of any different agreement made by the parties, the costumer cannot practice his/her right of withdrawal written in 4. §
a) in case of service contract, if before the deadline of withdrawal the enterprise has already begun the fulfilment with the consent of the costumer.
b) in case the price of the product or the service fee depends on the fluctuation of the money-market out of control of the seller.
c) in case the product is linked with the personality of the costumer, or it is tailored according to the instructions or request of the costumer, products which are naturally non-refundable, or which are quickly perishable.
d) in case of voice- or video records, as well as computer software if the product has been opened by the costumer.
e) in case the contract involves newspapers, magazines and periodicals.
f) in case the contract involves gambling.

Process of withdrawal
In case you would like to use your right of withdrawal you can do it in written using one of our availabilities. If you do it by post we consider the mailing date. When mailing by post, we strongly advice the registered mail so you can prove the mailing date. Do not forget to enclose a signed claim in which you resign from using the product. This is a vital condition. Within 30 days after receiving the above documents Reinauer Mihály és Társa Bt. will refund the price of the product to the given bank account.

In the questions which are not included in the present general contract conditions, the Civil Code, the hungarian government regulation 17/1999(II.5.) dealing with the contracts between non-present partners as well as the Act CVIII. of year 2001, which deals with the electronic trading services and the issues connected with the information society, give guidance.

When browsing the pages of the web-shop and with registering your orders you accept the general contract conditions, and the principles of data-processing of Reinauer Mihály és Társa Bt.
